The Center for the Performing Arts at The Woodlands, home of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, has named Ashley Gravois the new public relations and educational outreach manager. In this position, Gravois will assume responsibility for all performing arts public relations and education efforts on behalf of The Pavilion.
Gravois has an extensive background in the communications and marketing industry. Most recently, Gravois served as the social media specialist for The Woodlands Township. Prior to the Township, she oversaw all advertising and marketing efforts for the Houma Area Convention and Visitors Bureau in Houma, Louisiana.
“I am very pleased to have someone with Ashley’s expertise join our team,” said Jerry MacDonald, president and CEO of The Pavilion. “We are excited she has accepted this role to help elevate the Pavilion’s growth and success as we tell the story of our mission of providing diverse, high-quality performing arts events for the entertainment and enrichment of a broad regional audience."
Gravois received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Louisiana State University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans. She currently resides in The Woodlands with her husband and two-year-old son.
