Message from our CEO regarding security at The Pavilion

On behalf of Jerry MacDonald, CEO & President of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion:

We are deeply saddened by the tragedy in Manchester last night, our hearts and thoughts are with those impacted by the devastating incident. The safety of our guests, staff and artists is always our top priority for any show at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. For tonight’s concert with John Legend we will have heightened security as well as bag size restrictions. Bags, purses and backpacks larger than 8.5” x 11” will not be allowed into the venue. All bags are subject to a search.Please check The Pavilion’s website at www.woodlandscenter.org for more information regarding permitted items.

The 2017 Performing Arts Season at The Pavilion Has It All

This is the year to enhance your own appreciation of the arts, as well as your family’s at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The 2017 performing arts season includes nine Houston Symphony performances, a full production of “The Elixir of Love” by Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet will feature the full production of the classic “Madame Butterfly.”

Cameron Klepac Named Director of Marketing & Education for The Pavilion

The Center for the Performing Arts at The Woodlands, home of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, has named Cameron Klepac the new director of marketing & education for the entertainment venue effective March 6, 2017. In this position, Klepac will assume responsibility for all performing arts marketing and education efforts on behalf of The Pavilion.

"Live the Excitement" at The Pavilion with Premium Seats

In May 2016, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Board of Directors unanimously approved a major construction plan that will touch nearly every part of the venue.  The projects include a newly constructed VIP Club and operations building, new canopies at the concessions and entrance gates as well as a refresh to the dressing rooms.

The Pavilion Will Undergo Construction During Off-Season

Brantley Gilbert - Houston Show Cancelled

Live Nation announced today that due to unforeseen circumstances, The Take It Outside Tour concert with Brantley Gilbert, Justin Moore and Colt Ford at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Presented By Huntsman scheduled for Friday, September 9th has been cancelled.  Tickets purchased through the internet will be refunded automatically, all other refunds will be available at point of purchase.
