Can groups volunteer together?

Group availability depends on shift capacity. Note your group when applying so the volunteer team can coordinate assignments.

Do I need event experience?

No. Each role includes the instructions and support needed to help guests confidently.

Are all roles outdoors?

Many are. Each opportunity will identify its location and physical expectations before you commit.

When will I receive my assignment?

Confirmed volunteers receive role, arrival and check-in details from The Pavilion’s volunteer team before the event.
