"I was able to get new ideas for the students in Art 1 all they way to my AP students working on college credit for studio art. Some workshops covered techniques that my students can use and need right now. There was one sculpture technique I can modify for a relief project one of my AP students is working on right now...They are very excided about it."
"I was also blown away by the amount of and quality of the performances. I could find a group performing at just about any time of day from 9:00 AM all the way to 1:30 AM the next morning. I was able to take in a couple of performances of younger groups similar to my own that left me feeling confident in my students' ability to perform at a similarly high level...I left with tools I could use to improve my own jazz ensemble and a sense of renewed purpose ..."
"...I was captivated by the opportunity to engage with fellow educators, exchanging ideas, tools, and strategies to further advance and enrich our students' learning experiences. Being surrounded by individuals who deeply understand and live for the art of dance was incredibly motivating. It was uplifting to connect with those who not only use dance as a medium for education but also as a source of personal fulfillment and creative expression."
