Houston Ballet’s “Madame Butterfly” scheduled for Friday, May 3 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion has been cancelled due to anticipated inclement weather and low temperatures. The Ballet’s management decided to postpone the performance for the safety of the performers.
Tickets for the May 3 performance of “Madame Butterfly” will be refunded. Refunds must be made at the point of purchase. Refunds will be automatically credited to the credit card of those who purchased tickets though www.ticketmaster.com or by phone through Ticketmaster. Individuals who purchased tickets through The Pavilion Box Office must be made in person. The Pavilion Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Refunds must be made by June 28, 2013.
Pavilion Arts Subscribers do not need to come to The Pavilion Box Office to refund your tickets. You will be contacted directly by The Pavilion.
