If you purchased tickets from Live Nation or Ticketmaster you an email from Live Nation with refund details. Under Live Nation's Ticket Refund Plan, you are able to request an immediate refund, or can chose to get a credit of 150% of your ticket purchase. This credit may be used at livenation.com or ticketmaster.com for events at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. You will have 30 days to request this special credit. If you do not request this credit within 30 days, your tickets will be refunded automatically.
