School Days at The Pavilion

Take a magical field trip to The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion where learning is not only fun, but awe-inspiring and eye-opening!

This year's School Days feature award-winning children's performers on The Pavilion Main Stage and in three educational zones - Exploration Central, STEAM Station and Theatre District. Each zone offers interactive, hands-on elements for students to enjoy.

STEAM education has become a top priority for schools not only around the country, but in local school districts as well. Research shows the arts support the development of crucial skills in creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication.

The Pavilion believes that putting the arts into the hands of children is the best way to create a lifelong appreciation for learning and a deep inspiration for the arts. Partnering with Texas Children's Hospital-The Woodlands, The Pavilion is able to bring an array of exciting elements to School Days this year that provide opportunities for STEAM learning through the arts.

The presentation is a celebration of getting active, whether that’s trying a new challenge, contributing an original idea to a team creation, or feeling pride in ourselves and our heritage.
