The response from the community was overwhelmingly positive, with many parents attending multiple shows and praising the series for its educational value and accessibility.

“We are thrilled with the turnout and feedback from our first Arts Break series,” said Ashley Gravois, Assistant Director of Arts Outreach. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see families connect with the arts in such a meaningful way. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped make these events such a fun and memorable experience for our guests.”
Building on this momentum, The Pavilion will soon open nominations for its revamped Arts in Action Award Program, which recognizes students nominated by their teachers and directors for not only their artistic excellence, but also their dedication, leadership and commitment to their school communities.
Also new this year, The Pavilion introduces the Educators in Action Award, designed to honor and support educators whose passion and leadership in the arts inspire students and create a lasting impact on arts education across local schools. Student and educator award recipients will be celebrated at a special reception at The Pavilion.
