Join us for The Pavilion Partners’ “Heart of Rock n’ Roll” Pre-Concert Dinner & Fundraiser July 21 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion’s House of Blues Hospitality Tent prior to the Joe Cocker & Huey Lewis and The News concert.

Tickets to this awesome evening are $200 per person. Special reserved seating for the concert, dinner and VIP club passes are included in this stellar deal. The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a social hour including complimentary beer and margaritas. The VIP dinner provided by Kim Son Café commences at 6 p.m., followed by a live auction with items any rock star would love.

Guests can totally check out rad live auction items including trips to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Las Vegas, a backyard BBQ package, a custom-made ring, sports packages, two original art pieces of Cocker and Lewis and more. Two special drawings, Classic Rewind and Gotta Wear Shades, offer unique ways for guests to win tubular prizes including an autographed Beach Boys guitar, pit tickets to the concert, a trip to Galveston, $200 gift certificate to Sunglass Hut, restaurant gift certificates and more. 

Enter to win a gnarly prize to attend the event by participating The Pavilion’s Facebook photo contest. Participants should email pictures of themselves with the provided Joe Cocker & Huey Lewis and the News cut-outs to [email protected] and tell us what you love about the 80s. The winner receives two reserve seats to the concert, dinner and VIP club passes. Pictures must be submitted by July 13. The finalists will be announced and posted on The Pavilion's Facebook page at Facebook fans have the chance to vote by "liking" their favorite photo. Voting on Facebook runs for one week starting July 16. The winner will be announced July 18. Must be 21 or older to enter, but anyone can vote. The picture with the most "likes" is the winner.

All dudes and dudettes are encouraged to wear their favorite concert T-shirts. Funds raised from the event benefit The Pavilion’s performing arts events and educational outreach programs. Don’t wait to hop on this crazy train! Tickets are limited. Seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis. Let’s get ready to rock n’ roll!
