The Pavilion Partners, the official volunteer organization of The Pavilion, hosts two annual events to raise funds for educational outreach programs, performing arts events, and the Pavilion Partners Scholarship Fund.
These events include the Wine Dinner and Auction and the Pre-Concert Dinner & Fundraiser.
The Wine Dinner and Auction was created in 1998 to uphold The Pavilion’s mission for arts education outreach and to raise funds for The Pavilion Partners Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Fund provides financial support to graduating high school seniors and renewing scholarship recipients from the Greater Houston area that are pursuing degrees in the performing and visual arts. In 2016, proceeds from the 18th Annual Wine Dinner and Auction brought the total funds raised by The Pavilion Partners to $1 million.
The exclusive event, held on The Pavilion’s Main Stage, features a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception followed by a seated four course meal. During the dinner, guests hear from students who have greatly benefitted from the scholarships. A Live Auction of unique trips, one-of-a-kind items and exciting experiences close the evening to raise money for the scholarships.
The Pre-Concert Dinner and Fundraiser is held each fall in conjunction with a concert at The Pavilion. Guests are invited to enjoy a three course meal in our House of Blues Lounge, participate in various games, and try to win exciting sports, music and travel packages on the bid board. On most occasions, a Live Auction is done to receive a meet and greet opportunity with the show's artist. This casual event raises important funds for The Pavilion’s performing arts events and educational outreach programs.
