The board of directors of The Center for the Performing Arts at The Woodlands, home of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, elected six new members on May 24, 2016.
Newly elected members of the board are Paul Carroll, principal and founder of Efficient Wealth Management; Sarah Epley, president of The Pavilion Partners, Michelle Riley-Brown, president of Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands; Adrienne Ropp, vice president of the Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation, Andrew Steinberg, managing shareholder of Steinberg Law Firm P.C.; and Keith Winters, chief operating officer of Crane Worldwide Logistics.
Carol P. Garner was elected as the new board chairman. Garner has been an active member of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Board of Directors for six years and previously held various leadership roles of PTA, locally and statewide. She has chaired Project Graduation and served on the Humble ISD School Board. She is a founding board member of Mothers Against Cancer and has served on the board of the Harris County Houston Sports Authority. Other officers of the board include Jerry MacDonald, president and CEO; Jonathan Homeyer, vice chairman; Steven W. Nance, secretary; Jeff Young, vice president; and Brian Pate, treasurer.
