The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion has two onsite Box Offices: The North Box Office and the South Box Office. To contact the Box Office please call 281.364.3041 or email [email protected].
North Box Office - Main
- Located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380
- Box Office hours are Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- On event days, The Box Office is open from 10 a.m. through intermission Monday-Saturday
- For Sunday events, the Box Office is open at noon through intermission. The Box Office may be closed on holidays and during non-ticketed events
South Box Office
- The South Box Office is located at the South Gate of the venue and is only open on events days.
- The South Box Office will open at gates on event days.
NOTE:The Pavilion in no way encourages, authorizes, or guarantees the purchase of tickets from any vendor other than directly purchasing from The Pavilion Box Office, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, official artist fan club website, Groupon, or Gold Star.Guests who purchase invalid tickets from re-sale sites must contact that vendor for resolution.
When purchasing tickets at Ticketmaster, service charges will apply.
Reserved seating is available in designated areas for the mobility impaired. You can purchase these tickets at The Pavilion Box Office or online through Ticketmaster.
Please note that The Pavilion Box Office only accepts purchases in person. Ticket purchases at The Pavilion Box cannot be made over the phone or via the internet. The seasonal hours of the Box Office are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (March- November) and on event days through intermission. The Box Office is located at the north entrance of The Pavilion at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands. The Pavilion Box Office can also be reached at 281-364-3041.
When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office or Ticketmaster service charges will apply. Refunds and exchanges are NOT allowed after purchase. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Pavilion events take place rain or shine.

The Pavilion does not accept print-at-home tickets to any event.
The only exceptions are Groupon or Gold Star as an official ticket seller. Groupon and Gold Star are not utilized on all events. In order to ensure that these printed out tickets will be valid for an event these tickets should be purchased directly through Groupon or Gold Star.
Acceptable Ticket Forms:
- Mobile entry with QR code (Not to be confused with having a print-at-home PDF on your phone. PDF's are not accepted.)
- Credit card entry
- Will call pick-up
- Hard tickets (old school tickets)
Third Party Vendors:Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for The Pavilion. The Pavilion does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source for events held at The Pavilion. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than www.ticketmaster.com for events held at The Pavilion. Guests who purchase invalid tickets from re-sale site must contact that vendor for resolution.
For guests with hearing impairments:
A Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Pavilion events, the TDD number to call is 800-755-6244. If you need to arrange a sign language interpreter for an event, you can email the Box Office at [email protected]
For most contemporary and performing arts events, children age five and under are admitted free to the lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children age two and under can sit free in the reserved section if seated in an adults lap. Some exceptions apply to specific children's performances. For the Children’s Festival children age two and under can enter without a ticket.
Groupon and Other Vouchers:
When purchasing tickets through Groupon or other special offers, guests may be assigned a voucher. Please identify the redemption day on your voucher and wait until that date to redeem your voucher. If you have a Voucher/Groupon G-Pass (you should see a bar code on the document), it must be printed out. The print-out is your ticket. For some events, guests will have a mobile ticket which has a QR code. These tickets do not need to be printed out. Please read and follow your instructions carefully.
Most contemporary concerts do NOT offer group tickets. To check on a specific concert and group ticket availability, contact Live Nation at 800-745-3000 and ask for the group sales department. Please note that the ticket price for these concerts generally is NOT discounted for groups.

The Pavilion Box Office handles group sales for Performing Arts events only. For selected Performing Arts events, a special discount ticketing program is offered to groups of 20 or more. Group tickets must be paid for in advance and may include additional handling charges. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after purchase.
