Hello fellow Partners,
It is hard to believe that the 2014 season is almost over. It has been a great season with some unbelievable shows. From Dave Matthews opening up his world tour here, Bruce Springsteen playing for the first time, Motley Crue playing in their last tour, to the fanfare that was Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean.
We also had some amazing performing arts shows as well as educational shows. All of these events could not have been possible without your help. With your dedication to the arts and to this community you make these events extraordinary.
From me and all of the Partners board members, I say Thank You!
Holly Jolly Jingle Dec. 4 – A few more volunteers are needed for this great community event. Partners will be staffing all regular activities that are provided to our guests, PLUS help with getting Santa and school bands to their staging areas and assistance is needed with the food drive (see below in green for more details). This is a free event sponsored by Talisman USA, Woodforest National Bank and KPMG, LLP
Frolic in our Winter Wonderland, complete with snow, with performances of holiday classics and popular carols. The plazas are all decked out for holiday fun. Guests can visit with Frosty and other holiday characters, make arts and crafts, play in the snow, listen to carolers sing and much more. All aboard for a ride on the Candy Cane Express for a merry good time starting at 5 p.m. in the Gold Lot. Pre-concert activities begin at 5:30 p.m. The snow is sponsored by Jackson Walker.
'Tis the season for giving! The Pavilion is proud to partner with ABC13 for the Share Your Holidays Food Drive. Guests can bring a food donation to Holly Jolly Jingle Dec. 4 for the Montgomery County Food Bank and receive priority orchestra seating. Donations will be accepted at the North and South Gates.
Woodlands Idol Winner 2014 Zachary Jones will perform two songs during the Holly Jolly Jingle show!
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion – ranked 2nd in the listing for Pollstar’s top 100 amphitheatres in the WORLD, for tickets sold in the third quarter of 2014.

Partners in Hope Light the Night Walk and Fundraisers –was a huge success in the battle against cancer, thank you for all of your support.
Special thanks to Partners Lisa Blanchard, Diane Nielsen, Judith Bartok, Sam Hardin, Nancy Sandstrum, Sarah Epley, Sharon Schlauch Pete Smith and Maydwell Music Group, John Robichau and Robichau’s Jewelry, and the list goes on!
19th Annual Children’s Festival – Another great event, thanks to all the volunteers, attendance during the school days was 6,482 and the weekend was 10,883! Partners showed up in force this year making the event super organized and well staffed. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO TO BRING THE ARTS TO THE COMMUNITY!
17th Annual Wine Dinner - It is time again for us to begin planning our Annual Wine Dinner & Auction which will be scheduled in March 22, 2015. The dinner is an annual event that raises money for Partners Fine Arts Scholarships and The Pavilion’s educational outreach programs.
The third planning meeting will be held on Monday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. in The Pavilion’s conference room. The event will be chaired by Randy Lowry with Lisa Koetting serving as co-chair.
