Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!
Thanks to all our volunteers for offering their time and talent to promote Partners’ mission of “Bringing People and the Arts Together.”
From the Desk of Your Partners President:
Hello fellow Partners,
I wanted to thank you all again for all the hard work that you do to make The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion what it is. We had a successful season and will be gearing up for yet another incredible season next year. I hope you have safe travels wherever you are headed this holiday season. I hope you get to share it with family and friends. I hope to see you next year!
Pavilion Staff Announcement - Courtney Galle – We want to take a moment to let you know that Courtney Galle will be leaving her position at The Pavilion after almost 7 years. She will be starting a new position at the Conroe Chamber of Commerce next month.
She has been a great asset to The Pavilion and Partners, we have enjoyed her tenure here and appreciate having had the opportunity to work with Courtney. We would like to thank her for the support, guidance, and encouragement she has provided Partners during her time at The Pavilion. She also has developed close relationships and been a great friend to many Partners.
Even though we will miss Courtney, we wish her great success in her new challenge and to starting a new phase of her career.
December Social - Please join Partners for a GERMAN good time at The Tomball German Christmas Market and Festival on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 3 pm. We will meet between 3-3:30 p.m. at The Empty Glass (104 Market Street in Tomball). Come and enjoy the family-friendly ambience – Gemütlichkeit – of this unique music/street festival with three stages of live music and an open-air market along with antique shops in the old town area. Four German tents and music stages will house biergartens decorated with German themes and Christmas lights. Please bring a lawn chair, just in case we cannot find tables together. Please visit their website http://www.tomballgermanfest.org/christmas-market/
for other information, directions and parking. ***IF IT IS RAINING (think muddy, yuky, cold) we will CANCEL the December social - - it's too hard to get together in the rain***
Holly Jolly Jingle – The event was a huge success thanks in part to all the Partners who helped with the program, there were a lot of moving parts and the first time we have done the program with community groups.
