Tickets for concerts at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, presented by Huntsman can be purchased through Ticketmaster (online, phone or outlets) or at The Pavilion Box Office.

The Pavilion Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on event days from 10 a.m. (Sunday at noon*) through intermission. *In the event that a concert is on a Sunday and is an all-day festival, the Box Office will open at 10 a.m.

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for The Pavilion. The Pavilion does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source for events held at The Pavilion. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than for events held at The Pavilion. The only exception is when purchasing tickets through an official artist fan club website.

Tickets for events at The Pavilion can be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet, including Fiesta, select H-E-B and select Walmart locations. Tickets also can be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or online at

Tickets also are available at The Pavilion Box Office. The Pavilion Box Office only accepts purchases in person. Ticket purchases at The Pavilion Box cannot be made over the phone or via the internet. The Box Office is located at the north entrance of The Pavilion at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands. The Pavilion Box Office can also be reached at 281-364-3024.

When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office or Ticketmaster service charges will apply. Refunds and exchanges are NOT allowed after purchase. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Pavilion events take place rain or shine.

For guests with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Pavilion events, the TDD number to call is 800-755-6244.

Methods of Payment - Most major credit cards are accepted for tickets purchased by phone through Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, VISA®, and cash are accepted.

Groupon and Other Vouchers - Vouchers are assigned by order of purchase. Guests who purchased a reserved seat ticket, must redeem the voucher for a hard ticket. Guests need to bring a printed voucher for each ticket purchased and a photo ID starting on the redemption day through the show time of the event to The Pavilion Box Office.  Guests need to be the purchaser of the tickets to pick them up. If  someone other than the name on the voucher wishes to pick up the tickets they must contact Groupon and have a new Groupon sent with the updated name on the voucher. Lawn tickets will print out as a G-Pass similar to a print-at-home ticket. It will be scanned at the gate. The Pavilion can not accept G-Pass lawn tickets on a cellphone. Guests do not need to the name printed on the G-Pass lawn ticket to enter the venue.

Most contemporary concerts do NOT offer group tickets. To check on a specific concert and group ticket availability, contact Live Nation at 800-745-3000 and ask for the group sales department. Please note that the ticket price for these concerts generally is NOT discounted for groups. Group sales for KSBJ's concerts are available through Ticket Servant's group sales office by calling 281-319-6900. The Pavilion Box Office handles group sales for Performing Arts events only. For selected Performing Arts events, a special discount ticketing program is offered to groups of 20 or more. Group tickets must be paid for in advance and may include additional handling charges. For most contemporary and performing arts events, children age five and under are admitted free to the lawn without a ticket when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Some exceptions apply to specific children's performances. Children three years of age and older must occupy a seat when in the reserved seating area and must have a ticket. At special children's shows, children two years of age and over must occupy a seat when in the reserved seating area and must have a ticket. At these same types of events, children two years of age and older must have a ticket for the lawn.
