Ticket Purchases

Tickets can be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet, including Fiesta, select H-E-B and FYE locations and Media Magic. Tickets also can be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Tickets also are available at The Pavilion Box Office. The seasonal hours of the Box Office are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on event days through intermission. The Box Office is located at the north entrance of The Pavilion at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands.

When purchasing tickets, additional service charges may apply. Refunds and exchanges are NOT allowed after purchase. Pavilion events take place rain or shine.

For guests with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Pavilion events, the TDD number to call is 800-755-6244.

Methods of Payment - Most major credit cards are accepted for tickets purchased by phone through Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, VISA®, and cash are accepted.

Group Sales Most contemporary/rock/country/pop concerts do NOT offer group tickets. To check on a specific concert and group ticket availability, contact Live Nation at 713-693-8600 and ask for the group sales department. Please note that the ticket price for these concerts generally is NOT discounted for groups. Group sales for KSBJ's Contemporary Christian Concerts are available through Ticket Servant's group sales office by calling 281-319-6900.The Pavilion Box Office handles group sales for Performing Arts Events only. For selected Performing Arts Events, a special discount ticketing program is offered to groups of 20 or more. Group tickets must be paid for in advance and may include additional handling charges.
