
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing source for The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The Pavilion does not endorse or recommend any other ticketing source for events held at The Pavilion. Please use caution when purchasing tickets from any website other than www.ticketmaster.com for events held at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The only exception is when purchasing tickets through an official artist fan club website.
Tickets for events at The Pavilion can be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet, including Fiesta, select H-E-B and select Walmart locations and Media Magic. Tickets also can be purchased by phone through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets also are available at The Pavilion Box Office. The Pavilion Box Office only accepts purchases in person. Ticket purchases at The Pavilion Box can not be made over the phone or via the internet. The seasonal hours of the Box Office are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on event days through intermission. The Box Office is located at the north entrance of The Pavilion at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands. The Pavilion Box Office can also be reached at 281-364-3024.
When purchasing tickets, additional service charges may apply. Refunds and exchanges are NOT allowed after purchase. Pavilion events take place rain or shine.
For guests with hearing impairments, a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) has been installed by Ticketmaster. For information, and to purchase tickets to Pavilion events, the TDD number to call is 800-755-6244.
Methods of Payment - Most major credit cards are accepted for tickets purchased by phone through Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, VISA®, and cash are accepted.
Groupon and Other Vouchers - Vouchers are assigned by order of purchase. Guests who purchased a reserved seat ticket, must redeem the voucher for a hard ticket. Guests need to bring a printed voucher for each ticket purchased and a photo ID starting on the redemption day through the show time of the event to The Pavilion Box Office. Guests need to be the purchaser of the tickets to pick them up. If someone other than the name on the voucher wishes to pick up the tickets they must contact Groupon and have a new Groupon sent with the updated name on the voucher. Lawn tickets will print out as a G-Pass similar to a print-at-home ticket. It will be scanned at the gate. The Pavilion can not accept G-Pass lawn tickets on a cellphone. Guests do not need to the name printed on the G-Pass lawn ticket to enter the venue.
