Pollstar has released the year end numbers for 2014 and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion finished as the 2nd ampitheatre in the world in based on total tickets sold. Congratulations to all for helping to make the 2014 season a huge success!

I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday. This time of year everyone is making New Year resolutions. Over the last five years The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion has been in the top five in best amphitheater venues in the world. Artists love to come and play here because of the venue, fans, and staff. Fans love to come to The Pavilion to see the amazing artists that play here and for the great experience that you the volunteers provide. Let’s gear up for an amazing 2015 concert season. We can do it.
End of the Year Party – Congratulations Partners on our 2014 season!!
Thank you volunteers for your hard work this season. Each of you has dedicated many hours volunteering and/or planning events for The Pavilion and we would like to show our appreciation for your efforts. We couldn't do it without you! Join us Friday, Jan. 23rd 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Woodforest Bank Club at The Pavilion. We will provide a light dinner from Walkers Catering and Events. Come by and swap stories of your favorite 2014 moments and enjoy spending time with your fellow Partners! Please respond to the E-vite with your RSVP. Annual Meeting – February 27nd 6 – 8 p.m. in the Woodforest Bank Club at The Pavilion. The evening begins with a social hour followed by the business meeting. This is a great way to meet and greet fellow Partners. Come hear the latest updates on the new 2015 season. There will be opportunities to sign up for the educational outreach events, wine dinner and a variety of committees. Watch for an Evite with additional information. See you there!
New Members Performing Arts Training – Wednesday, Jan. 21 - There are two informational meetings for new Partners interested in being a Performing Arts Volunteer. Volunteers may choose to attend at 1 or 6 p.m. Each session lasts approximately an hour and a half. This is a great way to find out more about our volunteer program. A mini-tour of The Pavilion will be included.

17th Annual Wine Dinner - The Annual Wine Dinner will be held Sunday, March 22 on the main stage of The Pavilion. Come enjoy hors d’oeuvres, dinner and premier wines while offering your support for Partners’ scholarship program and The Pavilion’s educational outreach programs. It’s time to make your reservation by contacting Leslie Williams at email@example.com. The ticket price is $225 per person and tables may be reserved for up to ten guests. Seating is limited.
Auction items are needed for this event. If you have access to sports tickets or memorabilia, condos for skiing, fishing or the beach, special golf packages, boat trips, spa packages, etc. please contact committee co-chairman, Randy Lowry, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Donations are tax deductible and would be greatly appreciated.
Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival – April 10-12, 2015 - Save the Date! As a charity partner, The Pavilion is required to enlist volunteers in order to qualify for a donation from a portion of the festival proceeds. More information on how to volunteer/select The Pavilion as the “charity partner" is coming soon.
