PARTNERS JULY 2013 NEWSLETTER
News for July 2013
Happy 4th of July!
Thanks to all our volunteers for offering their time and talent to promote Partners mission of “Bringing People and the Arts Together.”
From the Desk of Your Partners President:
Hello Fellow Partners:
As you know, The Pavilion Partners mission includes educating the youth in the arts. We put on many events throughout the year to get the area youth interested in performing arts.
We have events such as Hocus Pocus Pops, Musical Scores, symphonies like The Music of Micheal Jackson, and of course Children’s Festival every November. One way we are able to fund these great events is through our annual Pre- Concert Dinner & Fundraiser. Every year we put on a spectacular fundraiser prior to a concert. Guests get to enjoy a great dinner, open bar, raffle games, with a live auction and great seats for the show.
This year I am extremely excited that the Pre-Concert Dinner & Fundraiser is going to be Aug 16 prior to the Keith Urban concert. The event is always a fun and well attended event. Call or go by the website to reserve your tickets for the event as they go pretty fast.
“Long Hot Summer” – Partners Pre-Concert Dinner & Fundraiser will be held prior to the Keith Urban with Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch Light the Fuse Tour. Tickets are $200 per person and include special reserved seating at the concert, dinner and VIP club pass. The event will be held in the House of Blues Hospitality Tent at The Pavilion. Funds raised will benefit The Pavilion’s performing arts and educational outreach programs. Guests can RSVP online here. Tickets are limited so make plans to attend!
If you are interested in serving on this committee, the next meeting will be July 17 at 6 p.m. at Robichau’s Jewelry Store. Located in the Panther Creek Shopping Center at 4775 W Panther Creek Drive. Owner John Robichau is a co-chair of the Pre-Concert Dinner & Fundraiser, president of The Pavilion Partners and supports The Pavilion’s mission in many ways.
