The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Administrative Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Pavilion Box Office, during the season, is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and event days through intermission.

The Pavilion has established policies and rules to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable experience while attending events at our facility. These rules and policies are described in detail in the following sections:

		The House of Blues Hospitality Tent is open at most Live Nation concerts one hour before gates open for the concert and close approximately one hour after the concert ends. 		FREE PARKING				GATES
		Free guest parking is available in lighted and patrolled lots convenient to The Pavilion. For most events, lots open 90 minutes prior to the performance. 		FIRST AID				PUBLIC RESTROOMS / PHONES
		Trained medical professionals are on duty at Pavilion events. If medical attention is needed, ask any Pavilion staff member for assistance.				Restrooms are located in all plazas for your convenience. Telephones are located in the North Plaza.

		LOST AND FOUND				LAWN CHAIRS
		To inquire about items lost at The Pavilion, ask a Pavilion staff member for assistance or call our Administration Office during regular business hours at 281-363-3300, ext. "0". All items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.				The Pavilion has specially-designed lawn chairs that can be rented for $6 at contemporary events.
