Where can I get the gift certificate?
You can purchase the gift certificate at The Pavilion Box Office, ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. The Pavilion Box Office is currently closed for the Off Season. Gift Certificates should be purchased through Ticketmaster. The Box Office is located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive.

How much can I get the certificate for?
The certificate can be purchased for any amount.

Can I use the gift certificate to attend any event at The Pavilion?
Yes, the gift certificate is good for any contemporary concerts or performing arts events at The Pavilion. You can only redeem the gift certificate at The Pavilion Box Office. You cannot use the gift certificate to purchase a concert tickets with Ticketmaster.

Can I use the gift certificate to purchase merchandise or concessions?
No, the gift certificate is not vaild for use at the concession stands, merch tent, Woodforest Bank Club or House of Blues Hospitality Tent..

When do I have to use the certificate? The certificate must be used for any event in the 2013 season (March to December 2013).
