Event Staff Ticket Takers are responsible for controlling access through the gates. Event Staff Ticket Takers are also responsible for facilitating the ticket count at the conclusion of an event.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain workable knowledge of employee handbook.
• Be familiar with The Pavilion layout, including but not limited to, reserved seating area, plaza configurations, concession availability, merchandise availability, and parking layout.
• Inspect assigned area for safety hazards or missing equipment.
• Observe guests during the event and anticipate any potential needs or problems.
• Assist other staff as necessary in all event-related responsibilities.
• Responsible for enforcing all Pavilion rules and regulations.

This position requires work to be performed during nights, weekends and holidays.
