Arriving at the Gates

We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first performance. Be sure to bring you bus signs, parking and seating information, site map and performance schedules with you the day of your visit. All of this will be sent to you in advance. A representative of the Festival will greet you in the parking lot when you arrive. You will be asked to proceed as a group to the gate where you will be directed to the location of your first performance.

Inside the Gates

We encourage teachers and chaperones to remain with their students at all times. Festival representatives will help guide you to all performances.

Attention Bus Drivers

Bus drivers are encouraged to stay at the venue during the performances. A hospitality area will be available at the facility. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available to encourage drivers to remain on-site.

Can my students have lunch at The Pavilion?

We provide an opportunity for students to eat lunch between the second and third performances (from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.). Classes will eat lunch at the location of their third performance. If your students are not seeing the third performance but want to eat lunch after the second show before returning to school, they will have to sit on the ground in The Pavilion's North Plaza . Please have your students bring sack lunches. Food or beverages will not be sold at The Pavilion during school days.
